It shows I need to upgrade, why is that and how do I do it?

If your Hotels Etc. membership card contains the following numbers, you NEED to upgrade in order to access the new Hotels Etc. members website. If you have one of the following member ID numbers, please read the rest of this page. You can learn more at www.hotelsetc.com/upgrade 

1K91357, 9135775, 913510, 91357SP, G91357, 913577, 913573, 913574, 91354, Life-Time

If you do not have one of these numbers and are having issues activating because your card does not have a CSV, silver members enter 000 and gold members enter 555 during activation.
