How do I reset my password?

Visit https://members.hotelsetc.com/member/lost_password/ to reset your password.

once logged in click on account (located at the top of your member home page). Enter new password, repeat password and confirm. 

You are not able to change your passwords inside the booking engines, you have to change it on your Hotels Etc. account page.
